Pros: In the first leg of the trip, the seats and bus was cleanly and smelled good. The driver, Carlos Sanchez, helped me with my baggage personally. There were many seats available and I was comfortable throughout the ride. When we transferred, at the very least the bus was still cleanly and the instructions were clear. Cons: The second leg of the trip was significantly worse than the first leg, which is expected when traveling into New York City. The bus smelled, although it was cleanly, and the bus was crowded, which is slightly worrying with the ongoing pandemic. Tips: Adirondack Trailways is great, maybe transfer at Saratoga Springs onto an Amtrak though.
