Pros: I loved the terminal it was very nice & clean. I also loved the boarding passes and how nice and helpful the staff were. Cons: when we first got inside, somewhere in the bus smelled like mold a little maybe it could've been a person or something who knows, other than that maybe make the seats a bit more spacious and somewhere to charge your phone/laptop. Tips: Get to the terminal on time & be respectful
