Pros: I loved that the bus was parked and waiting. I also loved that I could sit with my family, and that the seats were not assigned. I most especially loved that the bus stopped right in Fairfax, Virginia and we didn’t have to go all the way to DC. Cons: The WiFi could be stronger. Tips: You won’t regret choosing this bus.

Pros: The bus was clean and the bathrooms were clean. Cons: Leaving on time, it was an hour and a 1/2 delay.

Pros: the water bottles were a nice touch! and it was nice to stop at a rest stop for 15 min to grab snacks and take a bathroom break. Cons: seats were a little cramped but there were plenty of empty seats so we could stretch out!

Pros: Was very comfortable,clean,the only thing there was no outlet to charge our phone. Cons: Improvements the price,& outlets so u can charge ur phones, it was a long trip, so even if ur phone is charged, u have to keep in contact with with ur family to let them know everything is okay. Tips: Travelers, I would advise to book anytime wit Wanderu.

Pros: I loved it. The driver was super knowledgable. I felt like he was a great driver. He was not super friendly but he was great at his job. A+++++. Cons: I thought it was perfect. Tips: Be kind.

Pros: Bus was clean. Driver seemed very knowledgable and ran an orderly bus. Cons: All good.

Pros: Very spacious and smooth ride. Cons: ETA could be improved. Our bus was an hour late than the estimated time.

Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful. The driver got us to NY with no issues. Even took us to a rest area that had multiple restaurants while we were on the way. Tips: Arrive on time! because if they say they are leaving at 4:30, they’re pulling out of the lot by 4:31.

Pros: Departed and Arrived on time, very comfortable! Cons: Everything was good! Tips: I highly recommend to travel with this bus line!

Pros: Convenient. Cons: Notification that bus will be over an hour late. Everyone was ready before 6 and we weren’t notified that it was going to be another hour until after 6.

Pros: The bus was spacious, had chargers, and was well air conditioned. Cons: The estimate for the time of arrival was very off. I was expecting to arrive over 2 hours earlier. I am not sure if it was the weather, but the traffic did not get too bad until we were much closer to New York, so I am not sure why there was such a late start. There was also no working wifi.
